SAS: Who Dares Wins - Jungle Hell - Channel 4 - Monday, 9pm
As if SAS: Who Dares Wins couldn't get any tougher, this year they've decided to add in a fresh circle of hell by basing it in a dense and humid part of the Vietnamese jungle.
Stepping out of the shadows and into the lead directing staff role is Mark "Billy" Billingham, who boasts a strong track record in jungle warfare.
Who will manage to pass selection, and what horrors will they face to get there?
Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon - BBC One - Wednesday, 9pm
There's no one quite like Stacey Solomon for sorting out a mess - incredibly, her talents even put Marie Kondo to shame now.

She returns for a second series of her show helping families to streamline their clutter and get organised, and if there's anyone who knows how to do that, it's a soon-to-be mum of five.
The Apprentice - BBC One - Thursday, 9pm
A classic Apprentice task makes an appearance this week with the return of the scavenger hunt.
The candidates have already had their fancy trip abroad this series, but you can't beat Brighton for a short break, which is where they find themselves with a bargain hunt list provided by Lord Sugar.
Life's no beach for one candidate, though, who'll be fired in the boardroom and sent back home for good.
Lockwood & Co. - Netflix - Friday
This heavily trailed TV adaptation of Jonathan Stroud's book series finally lands on Netflix, courtesy of Attack The Block director Joe Cornish.
Set in a world plagued by ghosts where giant corporations employ psychic teens to keep things under control, one outfit runs without adult supervision - Lockwood & Co.

The rebellious trio who run the company are about to stumble across a huge mystery that will change everything.
The Masked Singer - ITV1 - Saturday, 7pm
For the first time this series, all of the remaining masked singers go up against each other in one show.
Is Pigeon really Emily Atack? Could James Arthur be behind the Rhino mask? The panel try to work it out as viewers have endless fun shouting their guesses at the TV.
Happy Valley - BBC One - Sunday, 9pm
Sally Wainwright's highly acclaimed drama has already reached the penultimate episode of its last ever series, which has seen viewers calling for leading lady Sarah Lancashire to win every award going.
Last Sunday's Tommy Lee Royce court appearance unsettled viewers, but one thing's for sure, there's never a quiet week in the Valley so expect more gritty developments as the drama hurtles towards its conclusion.
