If your fitness goals for 2023 are starting to flag already, get some inspiration from the SAS: Who Dares Wins crew on Monday who are heading into the toughest season yet, aptly titled Jungle Hell.

Those whose resolutions were more along the lines of tidying up could take a tip from Stacey Solomon, whose home organisation show Sort Your Life Out also returns this week.

Netflix subscribers have new TV adaptation Lockwood & Co to look forward to, while there are must-see instalments of the current series of The Apprentice, The Masked Singer and Happy Valley.

As if SAS: Who Dares Wins couldn't get any tougher, this year they've decided to add in a fresh circle of hell by basing it in a dense and humid part of the Vietnamese jungle.

Stepping out of the shadows and into the lead directing staff role is Mark "Billy" Billingham, who boasts a strong track record in jungle warfare.

Who will manage to pass selection, and what horrors will they face to get there?

There's no one quite like Stacey Solomon for sorting out a mess - incredibly, her talents even put Marie Kondo to shame now.

She returns for a second series of her show helping families to streamline their clutter and get organised, and if there's anyone who knows how to do that, it's a soon-to-be mum of five.

A classic Apprentice task makes an appearance this week with the return of the scavenger hunt.

The candidates have already had their fancy trip abroad this series, but you can't beat Brighton for a short break, which is where they find themselves with a bargain hunt list provided by Lord Sugar.

Life's no beach for one candidate, though, who'll be fired in the boardroom and sent back home for good.

This heavily trailed TV adaptation of Jonathan Stroud's book series finally lands on Netflix, courtesy of Attack The Block director Joe Cornish.
