Wiregrass man accused of child solicitation in Coffee County

ENTERPRISE, Ala. (WDHN) — Tuesday a Brantley man was arrested by the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office believed to have contacted an underage juvenile for sexual purposes.

64-year-old Billy Wayne Hilburn of Brantley was arrested and charged with one count of electronic solicitation of a child.

A complaint was made to the CCSO alleging that Hilburn allegedly tried to contact an underage juvenile for unlawful sexual activity.

This allegation is still under investigation and no further information is available.

Hilburn was booked into the Coffee County Jail on a $30,000 bond.
