Woman, 22, gets revenge on roofers who catcalled her from van by shaming them online
A young woman who was called a ‘f***ing wh**e’ by catcalling roofers got her own back by shaming them in a viral Facebook post.
Courtney Greatrex (pictured above) was walking down a busy north London road at 7.30am on Wednesday when she was ‘repeatedly goaded’ by three male workers in a white van.
Miss Greatrex, 22, responded by telling them to stop shouting obscenities, only for them to call her a ‘f***king w***e’.
She hit back at the men, however, by shaming them on Facebook and contacting their boss - who says he has since fired one of the men in question.
Miss Greatrex said: ‘I heard a noise which sounded like a bike bell, and saw three men in a marked company van trying to get my attention.

'They kept making comments at me out of the window, so I told them it was harassment.
'They just laughed and carried on, even when I got more aggressive and told them to leave me alone.
'After that, they still didn’t stop, so I took a picture of the van and they tried to hide their faces.’
She added: 'The traffic was really slow moving, so I couldn’t even get away from them - I felt trapped.
'When I crossed the traffic lights near the station, they called me a 'f**king wh**e’ and sped off.’

'I was also shaking with rage, it was 7:30am and I can’t even walk to work in jeans and a coat without people like this shouting at me.’
Outraged friends and family have also contacted their employer, Aqua Roofing, who say they have sacked one of the men and will investigate the other two.
Courtney added: 'Everyone has been really supportive and agrees that their behaviour was unacceptable.
'There was no reason for it, even if they thought it was just 'banter’.
'I spoke to their boss, who dealt with it really well, but the company need to take ownership of the fact that these men were in a car marked with their details.
'He called me back to say that one of the staff members has been sacked and they are properly investigating the other two employees tomorrow.
'The company say they haven’t received a complaint like this before, but I might just be the first to stand up for myself and have evidence.’
Aqua Roofing have been contacted for a comment.
