A woman who was followed into the female toilets at an Elizabeth line station bravely reacted by dragging him back out and onto the platform. British Transport Police (BTP) officers have today (Monday, June 24) released a CCTV image of a man they want to identify and speak following the disturbing incident at Hayes and Harlington Elizabeth Line station.

The woman went into the toilet at about 7.50pm on Sunday, May 26 when she was followed by a man who then attempted to start a conversation with her through the locked cubicle door. A BTP spokesperson said: "The woman dragged the man out of the toilets and onto the platform before he left the station when she boarded a train."

The spokesperson added officers would like to speak to the man in the image who they believe may have information that could help their investigation. He is pictured wearing a black beanie hat, a blue polo shirt and a multi-coloured jacket with sections of white, red and navy.
