Woman left feeling 'Claus-trophobic' after falling through ceiling getting Christmas decorations
Some might say it’s a bit of a Christmas fail.
When Stacielea Doran went up into her loft looking for festive decorations, she ended up a bit ‘Claus-trophobic after falling straight through the ceiling and getting stuck.
The 30-year-old was uninjured, but had to be rescued by firefighters – all whilst wearing her Beauty and the Beast onesie.
Her partner Nicki Ball, 34, dialled 999 on Friday morning after realising she was stuck.
Firefighters raced to her home in Bloxwich, West Midlands, and lifted Stacielea down before posing with her for pictures by the fire engine.

Crew Commander Adam Lovatt said: “We received the call at 10:30am on December 7. On the way we were obviously thinking it could be quite a serious incident and there might be someone quite badly injured.
“Fortunately, I think it was embarrassment more than injury. I don’t think any of us have ever been called out to something like that before.”
Stacielea said she and Nicki had returned from holiday when they decided to put up their festive decorations.
She said: “When she came out and saw me she just laughed. Rather than helping me she took pictures. I can laugh about it now – if I don’t laugh I’ll cry.”
