Woman seriously injured in Guildford two-car crash on A3 slip road

A woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries after a two-car crash in Guildford. Police said the collision was on the A3 Compton entry slip road.

It happened at around 11.15am on Saturday, May 4. The vehicles involved were a black Toyota Corolla and a blue Dacia Duster.

A 35-year-old man from Guildford was arrested on suspicion of a number of offences, including causing serious injury through dangerous driving. He has since been released on police conditional bail.

Surrey Police said in an appeal for information: "If you were in the area on that morning, or have any dashcam, helmet cam or CCTV footage that could help our investigation, please contact us via Messenger quoting PR/ 45240050388."
