A woman was shoved to the ground in an unprovoked attack at a train station on the Essex border. Police want to speak to this woman pictured in connection to an assault in Ilford.

At around 9.10am on Friday June 14, as a woman approached the barrier line at the station, a stranger approached her and pushed her to the ground in an unprovoked attack. The victim attended hospital and sustained bruising to her arm.

A spokesman for British Transport Police said: "Officers believe the woman in the CCTV image may have information that could help their investigation and are appealing for anyone who witnessed the assault to get in touch.
