Woman Spotted on Ledge of Medellin High-Rise Cleaning Windows Without Safety Equipment

A woman was spotted wiping windows on a high-rise apartment ledge in Medellin, Colombia, without any kind of safety harness on Wednesday, January 11.

Video taken by Clara Giraldo Agredo shows the woman walk along the 12th-floor ledge of the apartment building to wipe down the windows, and then climb back inside – all without any visible safety equipment.
