WSJ Staff Run in Washington In Support of Evan Gershkovich

Colleagues and supporters of detained Wall Street Journal reporter Evan Gershkovich participated in a series of global run events on Wednesday, March 27, marking the upcoming anniversary of Gershkovich’s arrest.

Footage recorded by Wall Street Journal reporter Jude Marfil shows colleagues running past the Washington Monument.

The run was part of series of events rallying support for Gershkovich, which also included a Global Swim for Evan at several Brighton beaches around the world and a 24-hour read-a-thon starting on March 27.
