X Factor’s Eoghan Quigg Looks Unrecogniseable On This Morning

Former X Factor star Eoghan Quigg looked unrecognisable during a TV appearance today.

This Morning viewers were left astonished with the singer’s new, mature look which is a far cry from his innocent X Factor days.

The 24-year-old has transformed and now shows off tattoo sleeves, darker hair and a gym-honed bod.

Eoghan was on the This Morning sofa to discuss the new series which kicks off this Saturday alongside fellow former contestants Andy Abraham and Mary Byrne.

It’s eight years since the Northern Irish singer appeared on the show as a fresh faced 16-year-old, managing to finish in third place behind JLS and winner, Alexandra Burke.

He also was famous for a fling with fellow contestant, Diana Vickers, with their romance being splashed all over the papers at the time.

Discussing his time on Simon Cowell’s show, Eoghan said: “I was 16 at the time, I was still a kid, I was still in school.”

However, despite his age Eoghan still credits the time as one of his best life experiences:

“It was a big change for me, but one of the best experiences of my life,” he said.

Following the show, Eoghan says that he decided to go back to school and university and get an education before he committed to music full time.

“I moved back and did the whole education thing [after the show], I went to uni and now I’m back after my break, gigging,” he said.
