Gossip Girl here with news that your favorite former Upper East Sider is looking for love.

Chace Crawford, who portrayed Nate Archibald on the beloved teen series, revealed on the June 12 episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast with Alex Cooper that he is currently single — and recently joined a dating app.

Crawford told Cooper that he became a member of the private dating app Raya “about a week ago" — even though "everyone told me not to do it."

"I think I had a few drinks one night and [said] ‘I’m doing it,’ and I just did it," Crawford, 38, said.

The actor clarified that he hadn’t been on a date with anyone from Raya — yet — and that he’s still in his “creeper phase” to “figure out” the app.

“The only connection I’ve had [was with someone in] Indonesia,” Crawford said. “Okay great, when am I going to go to Bali? Never. Okay.”

Despite The Boys actor calling the 2024 dating scene “a dumpster fire” and laughing about how “things are tough out there,” he did reveal that he considered himself to be a romantic.

“I like to cook so I do like to cook for girls,” he said. “I’m a homebody, so I really like to focus on [being] very thoughtful and I feel like I’m a thoughtful person.”

Crawford still has some dating deal breakers, though, which include “punctuality” and “bad-tats."

“Maybe a neck-tat is probably a deal breaker for me,” he laughed, while clarifying, “It’s actually never happened!”

Earlier in the episode, Crawford also opened up about his career, sharing with the Call Her Daddy host that he auditioned for Friday Night Lights before landing his breakout role in Gossip Girl. “I was devastated at the time," he told Cooper. "I was like, 'Oh my God, I want that so bad.' But it didn't work out."

When Crawford eventually auditioned for Gossip Girl, he recalled going into it with a “blasé” attitude. "I was a little like, eye roll, like this is kind of — not beneath me, but I wanted Friday Night Lights,” he said.

Crawford admitted that his initial attitude towards the audition probably played a part in helping him score the role of Nate.
