Young man punched and kicked in racially-aggravated attack in Bristol


A young man was attacked in what police have described as a "racially-aggravated" assault in Bristol. Investigating officers have released CCTV footage of two men they would like to identify following the alleged assault in the city centre.

Avon and Somerset Police said the attack took place in Canons Road between 2am and 2.30am on Sunday, December 3 last year. A 24-year-old man was reportedly punched and kicked multiple times and suffered injuries to his head and face, including a suspected broken nose.

Police said: "The footage (above) shows two men we want to identify. One of them is wearing a padded jacket, while the second was wearing all black clothing.
