Police said the star was tested for the coronavirus and told to remain in quarantine at her hotel, but that when a COVID unit checked, she had left.
According to a press release from the Royal Barbados Police Force, she was then “intercepted” at the airport where the couple were apparently attempting to leave the island.
She appeared in court this week and was fined.
The Barbados Today website previously published an apology from Holland for what she described as "a massive mix-up and misunderstanding".
