Dramatic footage shows a skyscraper in Dalian, northern China being engulfed by flames.
The footage, filmed on a mobile phone, shows smoke billowing out of the building after a welding accident, according to local media.
The 34-floor residential building, in China's Liaoning province, was left badly smoke damaged after emergency services successfully put the fire out.
It is not yet known if anyone was hurt in the blaze.
