Roads Cordoned Off at US Census Bureau in Maryland

A gunman shot a guard in the chest at the US Census Bureau in Suitland, Maryland, on Thursday night, April 9, according to NBC News. Police entered the building campus just before 8pm to search for the shooter and surrounding roads were cordoned off. Loud bangs were heard around 8:20pm, according to reporters on the scene. Employees remained inside the building, according to The Washington Post.
