Typhoon Noul Tracked From Space

Typhoon Noul, locally known as Dodong, made landfall in the northern Philippines province of Cagayan on Sunday afternoon, May 10. Emergency services advised residents living in three coastal and low-lying areas to evacuate, shortly before the storm came ashore. Storm surges of over 1.6 metres threatened the coastline, with many areas also braced for flash floods.
