Casualty spoilers follow.

Tonight's Casualty episode saw Dylan tell Faith about Lev's betrayal, while Fenisha decided to share her baby news – with unfortunate results.

Here are the burning questions we've been left with until next week...

1. Is Faith suspicious of Lev?

Faith's world began to crumble tonight, when Dylan dropped the bombshell that her husband Lev is cheating on her.

Dylan has been wrestling with his conscience over the last few weeks, after catching Lev in a passionate clinch with his lover Xander earlier in the month.

The problem is, it's no secret that Dylan is harbouring a rather big crush on Faith, giving her a reason to doubt his sincerity here.

Horrified over the claims, Faith used Dylan's crush against him and told him to stop causing trouble. But is her furious facade hiding her true fears over Lev?

2. And what will she do now?

Faith showed her loyalty by ignoring Dylan's accusations and heading home with Lev, but will she really be able to forget what she's been told?

That will be the all-important question as this story continues, but for the time being, it looks like Faith's mind has been made up.

With their son Luka still desperately ill as well, there's every chance Faith will do everything she can to keep her marriage together, meaning Dylan could be very much left out in the cold...

3. Has Dylan made a big mistake?

They say honesty is the best policy, but Dylan is about to find out that this isn't always the case. And Dylan's determination to protect Faith may have cost him her friendship for good.

Dylan's run-in with a furious Faith has left him guilt-ridden and alone, but has he made a big mistake by revealing the truth? And what will the consequences be if Lev finds out what he's let slip?

4. Has Fenisha missed her chance?

Fenisha's pregnancy story was revisited tonight, as she decided to tell Jan that she was having a baby. Fenisha is currently four months pregnant but hasn't shared the news with anybody, including her baby daddy Ethan, who is still under the impression that she had a termination.

After finally bonding with her boss Jan, Fenisha decided to be honest about her pregnancy – but slightly misjudged her big announcement.

That's because, Jan – who was doped up on morphine following her injury – was actually fast asleep and didn't hear Fenisha's baby reveal. Or did she?

5. When will Ethan learn the truth?

Another big question regarding Fenisha's pregnancy is if and when she will tell Ethan the truth. Fenisha and Ethan's relationship has always been platonic (well, excluding their one-night stand earlier in the year), but there's been some telltale signs recently that it could become something more.

Having moved on from his friend Will, Fenisha has started to see Ethan in a new light, but still hasn't found the right moment to tell him that she's having their baby.

We already know that Ethan is set to discover the truth at some stage, but with Casualty on borrowed time before it's next inevitable break, let's hope he finds out sooner rather than later.

6. Is Fenisha's feud with Jan over?

There's not been much love loss between Fenisha and Jan over the past few weeks, but have they turned a corner?

Fenisha was furious when she was reprimanded by Jan for not listening to advice at a wrestling match callout, and tension between them reached an all-time high tonight.

Stuck down a railway tunnel, Fenisha pulled Jan up on her reasons for consistently treating her more harshly than the other paramedics. Sure enough, the pair appeared to have thawed towards each other by the end of the episode, so is their feud over or are they simply never destined to see eye to eye?
