7 Holby City spoilers for next week

Next week on Holby City, Sahira has her fears confirmed when she returns to the hospital, while Henrik struggles to cope and Fletch meets an unexpected new ally.

1. Henrik is thrown when a familiar face returns

Henrik is trying to move on with his life but his world is turned upside down again a familiar face returns to the wards – it's Reyhan.

Although his colleagues do their best to protect him for Reyhan, Henrik soon realises what's going on as they come face to face again.

With Reyhan continuing to gaslight him over his memories, Henrik struggles to cope and worries that the upcoming court case will cause more harm than good.

2. Sahira is back

Following her abrupt exit a few weeks ago, fate brings Sahira back into the hospital. Distraught to learn that her dad has fallen ill again, Sahira arrives back in Holby with her son.

When she struggles to get to the bottom of Reyhan's symptoms, Sahira turns to Henrik, but his horrified by his diagnosis.

Henrik is convinced that Reyhan has been harming himself to avoid trial, causing a further rift between him and Sahira. But is he correct?

3. Ange grows suspicious

Ange’s hopes of a quiet night shift are shattered when Dom and Sacha behave suspiciously. Realising that they are pulling the wool over her eyes, Ange furiously confronts Dom and Sacha – accusing them of acting immorally and dangerously.

When Dom insists he is having the operation whether she likes it or not, Ange tries to take a different approach with her son, but can she make him see sense?

4. Max's fate is revealed

Max faces the music following her arrest last night, as she gives Fletch an update on her case.

Having been charged with hospital theft, Max tells Fletch that she won't be returning to work anytime soon – but what does the future hold for her?

5. Fletch finds an unlikely ally

As Fletch dives into the hospital’s disastrous finances, he finds himself overwhelmed by the enormity of his new responsibilities

However, when Jeni Sinclair – Holby’s new Director of Funding – takes a shine to him, Fletch finds himself with an unlikely new ally. But will things stay strictly professional?

6. Sahira's fears are confirmed

Despite her determination to stand by Reyhan, Sahira's life changes forever when she is unable to ignore another harrowing truth.

After a devastating conversation with Abs, in which her worst fears are confirmed, Sahira is forced to face up to the reality of the situation.

Realising that Abs has been abused too, Sahira is left reeling from what she has found out, unaware that a further occurrence is about to change everything.

7. Dom gets his way

Backed into a corner, Ange reluctantly agrees to assist Sacha in theatre – much to Dom's relief.

The procedure, which is being observed by the F1s, gets off to a good start, but there's panic aplenty when Sacha begins to lose grip of the situation. Will Dom be okay and what will the consequences be for Ange and Sacha if they get caught out?

Holby City airs these scenes on Tuesday, April 27 at 7.50pm on BBC One.
