Home and Away spoilers follow for UK viewers.
Next week on Home and Away, Susie's attempts to take revenge on Irene have serious consequences for John.
Meanwhile, Lewis's own scheming leads to a near-death experience for Ari.
Here's a full collection of nine big moments coming up.
1. Susie puts a new plan into action
Susie and John are excited as sponsorship money rolls in for the upcoming surf competition. Susie has her own plans for the cash and schemes further when she tricks John into letting her open a separate bank account to put all of the fundraising money in.
Irene is suspicious that everything isn't as it seems, so she tries to warn John that Susie is not to be trusted. Susie retaliates by heading over to Irene's place and threatening her.
2. Susie accidentally poisons John
John tries to play peacemaker between Susie and Irene by inviting them both out for dinner. After advice from Willow, a reluctant Irene agrees to attend so that she doesn't look like the unreasonable one.
Susie tries to take revenge on Irene by spiking a glass of wine that she intends to give to her. She fails to realise that Irene doesn't drink and is horrified when John takes the glass instead.
Before long, John falls ill during the dinner and has to flee from Salt. Irene's suspicions are raised again and she threatens to call a doctor.
Irene later remembers what happened with the wine and realises that she was the intended target. Will anyone believe Irene's claims that Susie must have been responsible for John's sudden illness?
3. Willow suffers a setback over Bella
Ziggy spends some quality time with Bella, but she has a hidden agenda as she wants to help repair the broken friendship between Bella and Willow. Bella appreciates Ziggy's support as she helps with her TAFE work, but things turn sour when Willow walks in with pizzas.
Bella realises that this has been a set-up all along and she refuses to spend any time in Willow's company. Willow is disappointed that she has made matters worse and realises that it'll take a lot more effort to get back in Bella's good books.
4. Alf and Roo refuse to believe that Kieran is back
Martha comes face-to-face with Kieran when he confronts her at the caravan park. She initially thinks that she's hallucinating again, but the truth slowly dawns on her as this version of Kieran seems much different to the visions she was having.
Martha brings Alf and Roo along to the caravan park to see Kieran for themselves. When Kieran is nowhere to be seen, Alf and Roo question Martha's mental health again. However, Kieran really is back and lurks from a distance, before breaking into some of the caravans in search of alcohol.
5. Kieran holds Martha hostage
Kieran's angry side re-emerges when he later has an angry showdown with Martha inside one of the caravans. When Alf and Roo appear outside, Kieran holds his hand over Martha's mouth to prevent her from calling out for help.
Kieran forces Martha into a car and orders her to give him money. He bitterly blames Martha, Alf and Roo for his recent problems and believes that his mum now owes him.
When the police arrive to rescue Martha, a rattled Kieran believes that Alf called them. Martha has to set the record straight that she's the one who called them, now seeing that her son is totally out of control.
6. Lewis plans to murder Ari
Ari shows no signs of waking up from his coma. Christian is concerned as he should have made quicker progress – and Lewis is quick to stir things up by suggesting that the surgeon might be about to lose another patient.
Lewis's true agenda is revealed when he sneaks into Ari's hospital room, armed with a substance that would end his life. Lewis is convinced that Ari will soon pass away anyway, but he decides to hurry things along as he believes this will get Christian struck off.
Just when Lewis is about to commit murder, Mia walks into the room and interrupts. Mia doesn't realise what she's walking in on and thanks Lewis for keeping an eye on Ari. Feeling sheepish, Lewis abandons his plan and leaves the room.
7. Ari's recovery leaves Lewis rattled
On the morning after Lewis's failed murder plan, Christian decides that it's time to try bringing Ari out of the coma. His efforts are a success when Ari starts breathing on his own again and regains consciousness. Ari even manages to make a joke at Tane's expense, showing that he's back to his old self.
When Lewis and Jasmine arrive for work, they find Mia and Chloe sharing a hug in the hospital corridor. They initially fear the worst, until Mia clarifies that Ari is awake. Lewis realises that Ari nearly lost his life because of him.
8. Tane finds out Mac is pregnant
Mac's emotional response to the news of Ari's recovery leaves Tane suspicious and he guesses that she's pregnant. Tane is shocked to realise that Dean and Ziggy both know about this, while Ari has no idea.
Although Tane initially thinks his brother deserves to know the truth, he reconsiders his stance as he reflects on Ari's tragic history with children.
Tane later tells Mac about the miscarriages that Mia suffered when she was in a relationship with Ari years ago. He also explains that they welcomed a baby boy together, who only lived for a few days.
Tane doesn't think that Ari will be equipped to deal with Mac's decision to terminate the pregnancy, so suggests it's best that he never finds out.
9. Amber and Dean become a couple
Amber and Dean continue to grow closer now that they're living together at the pier apartment with Jai. After reminiscing over old times, Dean confirms to Amber that he wants to be with her.
Amber isn't sure how to take the news at first, but later throws caution to the wind and gives into temptation with Dean.
Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK), with first look screenings at 6.30pm on 5STAR.
