After what was one of the most thrilling Scottish Cup semi-finals of all time, it's back to Premiership action for Aberdeen as they begin their run of post-split fixtures.

The Dons finished in the bottom six after a tough campaign, and will be kicking off their bid to secure top flight safety with a clash against Motherwell at Pittodrie.

Peter Leven is once again in the dugout ahead of Jimmy Thelin's arrival in June, and he will be hoping to see some of the fighting spirit shown against Celtic at Hampden.

Victory over the Steelmen and a defeat for Ross County against Livingston will move the Reds eight points clear of the relegation play-off spot and closer to safety.

Here are all the key details you need for this weekend's Premiership clash.

When is Aberdeen v Motherwell?

The Dons will host Motherwell on Saturday, April 27 at Pittodrie in their fourth and final clash of the season.

Aberdeen's last home clash saw a dramatic comeback as then boss Neil Warnock's side came from 3-0 down to rescue a point.

Kick-off on Saturday is at 3pm.

Can I watch the game?

Unfortunately the game falls under the 3pm blackout rule and will not be shown in the UK.

Red TV will be offering live audio commentary, and BBC Sportsound will also bring you coverage of the game from Pittodrie.

You can also keep to date via Aberdeen's social media channels and for post-match reaction on Aberdeen Live.

Who are the referees?

Craig Napier is the man in the middle for this one, and he will be joined by assistant referees Daniel McFarlane and Gordon Crawford, with Alastair Grieve the fourth official.

Grant Irvine is on VAR duty on Saturday, and he is joined by assistant VAR Alan Mulvanny.

Is there any team news?

Aberdeen fans will be pleased by the return of Slobodan Rubezic to the squad, but there are concerns in the midfield and up front.

Both Connor Barron and Bojan Miovski were withdrawn in the Scottish Cup clash with Celtic after 120 gruelling minutes at Hampden, and it is yet to be discovered if they will be fit for Saturday.
