Actor Chris Evans sent the internet into a spin this weekend after inadvertently posting inappropriate images on his Instagram account.
The Marvel star shared an image of his phone’s camera roll on his Instagram stories which included a photo of a penis and another of his own face with the caption “guard that p****”.
The post was quickly deleted, but not before followers were able to capture it and share it to social media.

The error came about after Evans posted a screen recording of his family playing the game ‘Heads Up’, but after the clip ended it cut to his camera roll, which showed the risque images.
Subsequently, his name became the number one trending subject on Twitter.
Evans’ Avengers co-star Mark Ruffalo addressed the post with a tweet.
Tagging Evans, he wrote: “Bro, while Trump is in office there is NOTHING you could possibly do to embarrass yourself. See... silver lining.”
The Twitter post was retweeted more than 25,000 times in under 12 hours, while a further 239,000 people liked it.
One creative tweeter posted images of Evans’ Marvel colleagues looking at their phones, captioning the images: “The marvel cast watching Chris Evans’ Instagram story this morning.”
Another twitter user wrote: “Thank you, Chris Evans. We needed this.”
Someone else said: “Chris Evans leaking Chris Evans nudes is the highlight of my Saturday.”
Another wrote: “I honestly don't care about Chris Evans leaked nudes but I would like to hear the story behind this pic and why is it in his camera roll.”
Over on Instagram, a Chris Evans fan account posted pictures of the star smiling with the caption: “Just gonna leave this beautiful pictures of Chris Evans smiling. Respect people privacy [sic].”
The actor is yet to address the mistake publicly.
