Adam Thomas fans 'look twice' as he's pictured with brothers in sweet family occasion

Adam Thomas and his twin brother Scott had fans forced to 'look twice' as they took to social media to share some sweet family snaps over the weekend.

The family were celebrating Adam and his wife Caroline's daughter Elsie turning six. The party, held in their family home, saw the clan reunite for the special occassion at what appears to be their garden, using the opportunity to get some treasured photos.

Making the most of the sunshine, Elsie had a white bouncy castle outdoors which was printed with a 'six' on the front. Tables had also been decorated with pink runners with matching flowers and balloons, Manchester Evening News reports.

Sharing a string of snaps on Instagram, Scott was seen alongside older brother Ryan, his eldest daughter Scarlett, his fiancee Lucy Mecklenburgh and their children, Roman and Lilah, as well as the brothers' mum Gail.

"Happy 6th Birthday Elsie Rose!," he captioned the post. Scott continued: "You really are our very Thomas princess and we love you beyond words! Another beautiful day with the Family, feeling very blessed #thomasfamily #birthday #niece."

Fans rushed to the comments to gush over the stunning family, as some were also left distracted by Scarlett, who stars in the re-boot of Waterloo Road.

Scarlett, who Ryan Thomas shares with Corrie star ex Tina O'Brien, was almost unrecognisable with her grown-up appearance and long blonde locks. One person commented: "I thought scarlett was mrs hinch."

Another fan wrote: "Happy birthday Elsie Rose. Wow Scarlett… when did she grow up! Had to look twice. Stunning," as a third responded: "Yes, I was the same. Didnt realise it was Scarlett at first. Stunning girl."

Someone else chimed: "Happy Birthday Elsie! Hope she has Have a fab day,hardly recognised Scarlett there looking like her beautiful mamma." Whilst a fifth posted: "Scarlett looks like a young Michelle Pfeiffer." Another added: "I love your little family and wow scarlett look so different and grown up love the blonde."
