Yahoo News Adam Thomas says he needs to be 'kinder' to himself after admitting 'stressful' time
Adam Thomas has told how he needs to be 'kinder' to himself after being seen smashing through a sweaty workout after ditching the UK. While parts of the country may be basking in some summer sun - finally - it appears the Waterloo Road star has headed for sunnier climes.
He shared a post to his Instagram Story which mentioned Monaco but Adam didn't confirm that is where he was. The Manchester-born actor did, however, share videos of himself working out. Sporting a black gym vest and matching shorts, he could be seen powering through lifting weights and taking on bodyweight exercises.
Alongside the post, Adam, who revealed last year that he'd been given an arthritis diagnosis after waking up 'every day since January' 2023 in pain, admitted it wasn't easy.

He wrote alongside the videos: "I'm a big lad now, there's not denying that... and need to put a lot of work in to get back to where I was!" The former Emmerdale star added: "But I need to be kinder to myself. It's been a long time since I've been able to train but it feels so good to be back pushing myself."
And Adam was later seen being able to relax as he shared a sweet sun-kissed selfie of himself and his wife Caroline, alongside which he wrote in view of his one million followers: "Living the dream with my dream girl."
It comes after Adam was quizzed about his sauce brand, Oh My Glaze. The company was originally set up my Scott Graham who was serving up wraps and wings to the local community in Manchester as a street food trader. Then in 2019, Adam teamed up with childhood pal Scott to get his signature fiery sauces - with flavours including Mexican chipotle and Carolina reaper - into bottles and into food lovers' homes.
Earlier this week, the former soap star was seen was seen doing a bit of state tasting. Sharing a photo of a string of sauce bottles, Adam wrote; "When one of the jobs today was tasting every hot sauce on the market!! @ohmyglaze. I can' wait for you to see what we've been working on..."
And it seemed he was questioned by his followers who have been attempting to get hold of his and Scott's sauces. Explaining all, he said: "I've had a few messages regarding @ohmyglaze and why you can't buy online at the moment. Truth is, we have had to move factories and as you can imagine, [it] has been very stressful.
"But was have finally found a new factory and have been working on bringing you sauce lovers something special. Still a long way to go but... it will be worth the wait! The website will be back up and running soon."
