Aer Lingus expands services from Manchester Airport to USA with returns from £439

Aer Lingus is expanding its services from Manchester Airport to the USA. The airline is adding extra flights to its Orlando route for winter 2024.

It will operate the service up to four times a week during the peak winter period, an increase from the current three flights per week. The fourth weekly flight will run between December 18 2024 to January 8 2025, and includes a service on Christmas Day.

The extra services are perfect for anyone planning a magical festive getaway as Orland is home to the Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios. Passengers can book return flights to Orlando from as little as £439 in Economy, including all taxes and charges.

Susanne Carberry, Aer Lingus Chief Customer Officer, said: “From family fun to winter sun, Aer Lingus’ Manchester network offers something for everyone. That is why we are thrilled to be adding extra flights from the North of England to Orlando during the Christmas school holidays - helping to make more dreams come true.

“The extra flights to Orlando will complement our existing transatlantic network which continues to prove popular with customers in the North of England.” As well as Orlando, the Irish flag carrier also offers direct flights from Manchester to Barbados, New York, Belfast City and Dublin.

All Aer Lingus transatlantic flights operated from Manchester to New York JFK, Orlando and Barbados are via the airline’s fleet of wide-bodied Airbus A330s offering spacious cabins and seating. Passengers can benefit from delicious in-flight dining, complimentary inflight entertainment and a generous baggage allowance when flying long haul.
