The AHS cast are keeping really tight-lipped about Cult
The cast of American Horror Story: Cult have revealed more information about the forthcoming series.
Just, perhaps not as much information as fans were anticipating.
The female cast and crew of the seventh AHS series sat for a panel at this week's TCA summer tour to discuss Cult, where we expected a lot of information would be dished out.
However, feedback from attendees has revealed Sarah Paulson, Alison Pill, Billie Lourd, Adina Porter, Leslie Grossman, Alexis Martin Woodall, Lou Eyrich and Eryn Krueger Mekash, who all sat on the panel, remained pretty tight-lipped in regards to clues about the series.
You may even say it was rather... Cult-like.

Thankfully, the actors shared at least some juicy information about the series, which showrunner Ryan Murphy has previously said will kick off on the night of the 2016 US general election.
At the event, AHS veteran Sarah Paulson revealed her and newcomer Alison Pill will play a married couple.
"There are two women married to each other," said Paulson (via Vulture). "It's me and Alison."
While awesome, the reveal seems pretty confusing when you consider that a previous Instagram post from Ryan Murphy told fans Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson's characters Ally and Kai would have a "love story for the ages".
Ally and Kai in CULT...a love story for the ages.

But, you know, it's 2017 and there could be a number of perfectly reasonable explanations for this.
Paulson's character could be polyamorous/bigamous, for one. Or perhaps Peters and Paulson were a couple previously but have a bit of a "star-crossed lovers" thing going on, or knowing AHS history, it's something even weirder.
So, what else do we know?
Well, executive producer Alexis Martin Woodall and newcomer Alison Pill both said "paranoia" would be a big theme this year, and this seems to ring true with series spoilers as well.
Indeed, apart from the reveal that newbie Adina Porter (True Blood, The 100) will play a TV journalist and the series will feature a "well-cooked meal and a grocery trip", the actors just weren't telling.

How annoying.
Alas, at least we know one thing for sure. There's going to be a LOT of clowns.
American Horror Story: Cult returns September 5 on FX in the US and September 8 on Fox in the UK.
