Yahoo News AHS: Delicate releases full trailer with Kim Kardashian and Emma Roberts
American Horror Story has dropped a new extended teaser for its upcoming 12th season, Delicate, focusing on the most sinister aspects of motherhood.
The new chapter features Kim Kardashian alongside AHS veteran Emma Roberts and model Cara Delevingne. Judging by the unsettling clip, this instalment will dial up the creepiness with a story of eerie presences threatening Roberts's character pregnancy.
In the new teaser, a pregnant Roberts lies down as Delevingne, sporting a short blond wig and some very stylish scrubs, holds a syringe with a worrying look on her face.
In another scene, Kim K cradles her baby bump before turning around to reveal it to be the body of a giant spider, its eight legs stretching out from her figure.

Arachnids seem to be a common theme throughout the new season. The teaser includes skin-crawling images of spider-like fingers reaching out to malevolently touch baby bumps and hundreds of tiny spiders hatching from an egg fallen off a nest.
Heavy on the motherhood metaphors, Delicate is an adaption of Danielle Valentine's forthcoming novel Delicate Condition.
The book has been hailed as a modern version of the OG disturbing motherhood classic Rosemary's Baby as it follows a woman who's convinced someone, or something, is trying to prevent her pregnancy.

Alongside Roberts, Kardashian and Delevingne, the new season of AHS also stars Pose's Michaela Jaé Rodriguez and Succession star Annabelle Dexter-Jones.
Cast is rounded out by The Good Wife's Matt Czuchry, NCIS: Hawai'i's Julie White and New Amsterdam's Debra Monk, while returning AHS stars Denis O'Hare and Zachary Quinto are also on board.
American Horror Story returns on September 20 on FX in the US. Disney+ airs the show in the UK, where seasons 1-9 are also available to buy on Prime Video.
