Air Canada Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Engine Damaged During Takeoff

An Air Canada flight was forced to make an emergency landing after an engine was damaged post take-off from Madrid on February 3.

AC837 flying from Madrid to Toronto circled for over four hours before making a landing at Madrid’s Barajas Airport.

Passenger Aaron C reported seeing fire outside of the cabin shortly after take-off as seen in a video posted to Twitter.
