Airdrie teen, 16, missing since Monday as concern grows for welfare

Concern is growing for a Lanarkshire teenager who was last seen on Monday, June 4 leaving a house in Airdrie.

Candise McIntyre, 16, was last spotted leaving an address in Plains, Airdrie around 7pm on Monday and has not been seen since.

Police officers are appealing for the public's help in tracing Candise who is described as 5ft 5in, of a slim build, long brown hair and green eyes.

When last seen she was wearing a green Nike top, grey denim shorts and white Nike trainers.

Candise has links to Dunbartonshire, Fife and Glasgow.

Anyone who may have seen Candise since this time, or who has any information which could be relevant, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 0065 of 04/06/24
