'Alien-Like' Creature Washed Ashore on Sydney's Bondi Beach

The remains of a sea creature with “alien-like” features washed ashore on Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia, on Wednesday April 5

Drew Lambert made the discovery while on a jog with a friend.

Lambert said the animal was nearly half a metre long and had lips that resembled a “human” and similar skin as a “shark”.

“I’ve lived in Bondi for 20 years and I’ve never seen anything like this before” he added.

Lambert told Storyful that since sharing the video online he believes that the animal "was a “decomposing coffin ray” with “ballooned” intestines. Credit: Drew Lambert via Storyful
