'Stalker' among 8 people added to wanted list

A man accused of stalking in Hemel Hempstead is among eight people who have been added to Hertfordshire Police's wanted list.

Officers are also searching for a 43-year-old woman charged with assaulting four emergency workers and a 37-year-old man accused of driving down a high street while on cocaine after they both failed to turn up to court.

Anyone with potential information on their whereabouts has been asked to contact the force via 101 or their website using the individual reference number.

Kadale Carew

Police have appealed for the public’s help finding Kadale Carew, 29, who is wanted on suspicion of stalking and malicious communications offences in Hemel Hempstead.

Carew’s last known address is in Brixton, south London, and anyone who has seen him in the past few moments is urged to call 999.

Marciel Ciobotaru

Marciel Ciobotaru, 25, is wanted by Hertfordshire Police after he failed to appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 8.

Ciobotaru, who has links to Luton and north London, was accused of beating a man in Hatfield on October 17, 2023.

William Likissas

William Likissas was added to the police wanted list after he did not turn up to Albans Magistrates’ Court on April 19 over a theft charge.

The 36-year-old, who is known to frequent Hertfordshire and London, was charged with possessing cannabis and stealing three bottles of champagne worth £88.50 from a Tesco supermarket in Waltham Cross on April 4

Kelly Taylor

Kelly Taylor is wanted by police after she did not attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court on May 21 over four counts of assaulting emergency workers and theft from a shop.

The 43-year-old has no fixed abode but is known to frequent Welwyn Garden City.

Lee Davies

Police announced they are searching for Lee Davies, 42, who is known to frequent Sawbridgeworth.

The 42-year-old failed to appear at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court on May 21 after being charged with having cannabis on him on October 19, 2022, in Sawbridgeworth.

Ben Sewell

Ben Sewell was added to the wanted list after he did not turn up to a hearing at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on May 10 charged with driving a motor vehicle while above the specified limit of a specified controlled drug .

The 37-year-old was accused of driving a silver Mercedes in Harpenden high street on February 2 last year while over the limit on cocaine.

Patrick O'Leary, 34, is wanted by officers on recall to prison.
