Alvaro Morata's return will give everyone at Chelsea a lift as Blues look to bounce back

Chelsea have been handed a major boost ahead of their Champions League game with Roma as Alvaro Morata is expected to come back into the Blues' starting line-up.

Morata missed the 2-1 loss away to Crystal Palace on Saturday with a hamstring injury, which had initially forced him to come off against Manchester City two weeks ago.

With Chelsea manager Antonio Conte currently experiencing an injury crisis of sorts, Morata's return to fitness in time for the Champions League Group C clash with Roma at Stamford Bridge will be much welcomed.

Chelsea will certainly be desperate to get back to winning ways on Wednesday after two straight losses in the league, but Conte insists Roma will not prove such easy opposition despite losing to Napoli at the weekend.

One player highlighted by Conte as a danger man is Radja Nainggolan, the midfielder who Conte failed to sign this summer, while Antonio Rudiger could come up against his former side.
