Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has celebrated her eldest daughter's return home to the farm to help out with lambing season.

The Yorkshire Shepherdess could not hide her delight at having Raven, 21, back on Ravenseat Farm with the family after previously leaving home.

Owen, 48, shared a selection of pictures of her nine children together on social media, posting: "Raven is back in the thick of it this weekend. Everyone hands-on getting the yows through the pens for ultrasound pregnancy scanning."

She added: "Many hands make light work. Took no time at all to get the sheep through the pens and scanned. A smooth operation with minimal stress for all."

Raven left home to attend York St John University, where she graduated last year with a first class degree in biomedicine.

The family are busy on the farm catching sheep to scan them in preparation for lambing season.

Owen announced last year she was separating from the 68-year-old farmer Clive after 21 years of marriage.

The farmers are parents to nine children - Raven, 21, Reuben, 18, Miles, 15, Edith, 13, Violet, 11, Sidney, 10, Annas, eight, Clemmie, six, and Nancy, five.

Owen said recently of co-parenting with her estranged husband and running the farm with him: "You know what, there's a lot to do. There's the land to manage, the animals to manage, obviously childcare, everything else. We just have to get on with it."

Clive and eldest son Reuben recently appeared in Channel 5's new Our Yorkshire Farm spin-off show Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben & Clive, but Amanda was not a part of that show.

The Yorkshire family rose to fame in 2011, after their 2,000-acre working farm featured in The Dales with Adrian Edmondson.
