Amazon's 'life changing' £10 book that is a 'must read'
A £10 book from Amazon is being hailed as 'life changing' by shoppers.
Atomic Habits: Tiny Changes, Remarkable Results is an international bestseller by James Clear. Available in most bookstores, the book is also on sale for £10 in paperback at Amazon with more than 128,000 five star ratings.
Author James Clear believes you don't have to think big to change your life. He believes real change comes from the compound effect of hundreds of small decisions such as doing two push-ups a day, waking up five minutes early, or holding a single short phone call - he calls them "atomic habits".

His book explores the main hurdles we put in our own way and how to overcome them to achieve our own personal goals. And of the thousands who have purchased the book people have praised the book saying it has helped them change their habits within weeks.
Pete E said: "This book is life-changing. If you are looking at making changes in or to your life you simply have to read it.
"It goes beyond other self-help type books by explaining how to create positive habits which ultimately make the changes an individual wants to make. Other books may tell you what you might need to change, this book goes beyond that by telling you how to change.
"Absolutely fantastic. Well written and easy to understand. There's a reason this book has so many positive reviews! It's now one I read annually. This book is a must."
Another verified purchase customer on Amazon, NJ said: "This is the most impactful book I have ever read. In four weeks I had stopped biting my nails (a bad habit I have tried hard to shake before), read three fiction books that I previously ‘never had time for’, and re-ignited my enthusiasm for fitness.
"Now, eight weeks on, I have applied this book to more areas of my life and recommend it to everyone who will listen. A tip I saw online is to use an LLM [Master of Laws] to help you craft the initial ideas for fitting a new habit into the ‘four laws’. This is a useful springboard if you aren’t sure to begin with."
Another said: "One of the best books I would highly recommend for those who enjoy self development books. Anyone who struggles with New Year resolution, changing habits or goals and achieving them then this is definitely a book for you."
And a fourth added: "Atomic Habits is a great example of when real life experiences meet knowledge learnt from a textbook. The author James Clear perfectly amalgamates scientifically proven studies with relatable stories of his own life and other successful people’s lives.
"The book takes you through key ideas on how to 1. Break bad habits and 2. Build good habits. This book is a must-read if you want to change your life."
But some criticised the book saying it could have been shorter, giving it three stars, one said: "It's a clever but simple concept which has been squeezed for every last drop with case studies, analogies and various other extrapolations. Read it or here's the synopsis:
"Making small changes in your life leads to a significant difference to your life over time."
But an overwhelming number of people give it very positive reviews.
