Amber Heard Claims That Johnny Depp Is 'Delaying' Their Divorce

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s bitter divorce has become increasingly low-profile since their dramatic split in May, but now it is all coming back into the media eye.

Amber has sensationally accused her estranged husband of obstructing her request to end their marriage by insisting that she signs a non-disclosure agreement before he submits any documents about his financial status.

TMZ have obtained legal documents that show Amber’s team claim that Johnny is deliberately attempting to prevent the divorce from going ahead, even warning 30-year-old Amber that she will be faced with a $100,000 fine for every time any of his financial information is leaked.

The pair are also fighting over setting a date for Amber’s deposition, with Johnny suggesting just two dates but Amber being unable to attend due to filming commitments in London.

However, Amber has offered closer dates but Johnny’s team have refused.

Amber and Johnny’s split shocked fans earlier this year when Amber was granted a temporary restraining order against the Hollywood actor after she said that he had been physically and verbally abusive towards her.

The actress was papped sporting a black eye and bruises on her face as she alleged that Johnny had thrown an iPhone at her.

Johnny has strongly denied all allegations of domestic abuse but Amber is being supported by one of the former couple’s neighbours, who plans to testify in favour of Amber’s claims in court.
