Ambulance Leaves Copenhagen's Parken Stadium Following Christian Eriksen Collapse
An ambulance was seen leaving Parken stadium in Copenhagen after Danish footballer Christian Eriksen collapsed on the pitch during a UEFA Euro 2020 match against Finland on Saturday, June 12.
The Danish Football Association tweeted that Eriksen was awake and undergoing assessment at Copenhagen’s Rigshospitalet hospital as of approximately 7:30 pm local time.
The match was suspended, and teams later agreed to restart the game on Saturday night.
