Angus Cloud continues to be remembered by his loved ones.

The trailer for one of the Euphoria star's final films, Your Lucky Day, was released on Friday, just months after his death at age 25.

The project is a thriller featuring Cloud as a hostage taker named Sterling, who witnesses an older man winning a lottery ticket at a convenience store, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The trailer shows a preview of how the situation turns deadly after he holds the man at gunpoint to acquire the ticket and engages in a shoot-out with an officer who was at the store. According to a synopsis for the film, "The witnesses must decide exactly how far they’ll go—and how much blood they’re willing to spill—for a cut of the $156 million."

Cloud's costars include Elliot Knight, Sterling Beaumon, Mousa Hussein Kraish, and Jessica Garza, who remembered Cloud as a "beam of light" while speaking with Entertainment Weekly.

"He was not only an incredible actor, but he was an even better human. He was kind and humble and thoughtful and so deeply sincere," she said. "I am so grateful and honored I had the chance to share a screen with him and [get] to know him."

The Daniel Brown-directed film honors Cloud with a message that reads "For Angus" at the end of the film.

Brown told Entertainment Weekly that his wife suggested Cloud for the lead role in Your Lucky Day after watching Euphoria. Cloud was also one of the first actors to express interest.

"I had written the character based on people I had grown up with: guys who sold drugs and would start fights with frat boys or their stepdads, but who were also super protective and loyal to their friends," he said. "[Cloud's] stories and outlook were so right on for the character, I just had to go for it."

"As with all things Angus, what I remember was his kindness and enthusiasm for others. He was one of one," he added.

Cloud's death was confirmed in a statement shared with PEOPLE by his family in which they remembered him as an "artist, a friend, a brother, and a son."

“The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” the statement added. “Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence."
