Ariana Grande becomes first artist to claim top three spots on Billboard Hot 100 since the Beatles

Ariana Grande has become the first artist to hold the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 chart simultaneously since The Beatles in 1964.

"7 Rings" has stayed at number one for a fourth week, while 'Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored" has debuted at number two and "Thank U, Next" has rebounded from number seven to number three.

All three of the songs are from her new album, Thank U, Next, which is currently at the number one spot on the Billboard 200 albums chart.

Grande is only the second musician in the Hot 100's 60-year history to achieve the feat, with the Beatles previously occupying the top three spots for five weeks in March and April 1964, even claiming the entire top five at one point.

The band dominated the top three spots with "Can't Buy Me Love," "Twist and Shout" and "Do You Want to Know a Secret".

Drake came closest to the feat last year, earning the first, second, and fourth spot on the Hot 100 in July with "Nice for What," "Nonstop" and "God's Plan" respectively.
