Ariana Grande debuts ‘beautiful’ new purple hair as she gears up for album release

Ariana Grande has debuted her “beautiful” new purple hair just a few days before her eagerly-awaited album review.

The No Tears Left to Cry singer took to social media to share the hair transformation on Wednesday.

The snap showed a polaroid image of the 25-year-old sporting the new hair colour as she gazed off into the distance.

Taking a picture of the polaroid image, she also teased matching nails as she held the photograph.

She simply captioned the snap: “lavender.”

Previously platinum blonde, Grande appeared to follow the trend of her upcoming album Sweetner, where she dons a purple wig for the artwork.

Fans took to the comments to hail the Break Free star a “queen” over the new look.

One fan wrote: “You go and be great with your lavender.”

Another commented: “Just a queen.”

A third posted: “I love it so muuuuuuchhhhhh.” [sic]

Meanwhile, others praised the singer’s ability to pull off different colours, having previously been a red-head and a brunette.

One wrote: “Bellissima in every colour.

Others added: “We love a beauty queen. Omg I am crying you are such a beauty.

Some fans even declared the look their “favourite” colour on the star so far.

Grande’s upcoming album is set to release next month.
