Attack and attempted phone robbery sparks police appeal

Hertfordshire Police have released pictures of multiple men they want to identify after an assault and attempted robbery in Watford.

Officers are investigating after a group of men attacked a man in Shepherds Road at around 3.10pm on Monday, June 3.

Police would like to speak to the men pictured as they believe they were in the area at the time.

The victim was was not injured and the group fled the scene in the direction of the Watford Underground station in Cassiobury Park Avenue.

“We are releasing these images because we believe the individuals pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our investigation.
