BAFTA red carpet drama as star collapses and receives emergency treatment on way in to venue

Married At First Sight UK star Ella Morgan has been seen receiving medical attention at the BAFTA TV Awards ceremony after she appeared to be struggling in the blistering heat.

The transgender reality star, who gained fame on the E4 show last year, was seen looking faint after walking the red carpet in a black corset dress as temperatures soared to 26C in London.

Photos circulating online show the 29-year-old conversing with a medic near the railing at London's Royal Festival Hall.

The star was seen filling out a form after getting some much needed rest away from the scorching temperatures, the Mirror reports.

A witness at the festival hall told The Sun: "The cast and crew from Channel 4 grabbed hold of her and helped her stay on her feet before it was decided to call in the medics.

"An area was cleared at the end and Bafta crews sent medics to assess Ella."

They added: "The crew rallied around her to create shade from the sun while she was being evaluated."

Ella rose to prominence when she appeared in the previous series of Married At First Sight UK, initially pairing up with Nathanial Valentino but eventually falling for JJ Slater, who was in a different marriage.

The series was rife with drama, culminating in the star and JJ deciding to stay friends during their final vows.

Ella recently took to Instagram to candidly discuss the cosmetic surgeries she's undergone and openly detailed the various procedures she's had over the years as a transgender woman.

She shared an image on social media showing her with deep purple bruises around her eyes and a nose splint, as she listed the numerous operations she's been through.

Alongside the striking image, she wrote: "I've had botox and fillers obvs, but these are the surgical procedures and before anyone pops off, I have transitioned, so there was a lot I wanted to change on the outside."

She went on to list her surgeries: "GRS - gender reassignment surgery, vaginoplasty (the downstairs area basically), two boob jobs, nose job, lip lift, hairline lowering, brow bone and forehead shave, brow lift, temple implant, Adam's apple shave, mole removal, fat injected into cheek and under eyes."
