Yahoo News BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Shirley Ballas 'confirms' show future as she wows in bikini with fiancé
Shirley Ballas has seemingly confirmed her future on Strictly Come Dancing as she was seen wowing fans in a bikini as she ditched the UK with her fiancé. Her position of as the BBC One dance show's head judge hasn't been confirmed by the BBC.
However, Shirley appears to have announced that she will be back on the panel when the hit competition programme returns later this year. Taking to her Instagram page, the 63-year-old wowed fans in a black bikini as she took time off before her return to the small screen.
She first took a selfie with her fiancé Danny Taylor which she shared to her Instagram Story. "Starting our cruising journey @danieltayloresq," she captioned the smiling post as the couple squinted due to the bright sun and blue skies clearly above them.

Shirley revealed she's enjoying her holiday with MSC Cruises that does trips to Europe, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean but hadn't confirmed her own location at the time of writing.
She then followed up the post with a fabulous snap as she showed off her fantastic figure in a black swimsuit while posing on the deck of the ship. She covered her eyes with a pair of dark shades, pushed her hair back with a band and was sporting her earphones.
"Getting a break before @bbcstrictly starts," Shirley wrote alongside the post to her fans and followers as she posed on board the cruise whilst also wearing a pair of heeled sandals showing off her sensational dancer legs.
Shirley and Danny's break comes after Shirley opened up about a recent health scare. The 'Queen of Latin' followed the advice of Strictly co-star Amy Dowden, who was diagnosed with breast cancer last year aged 32, and headed for her routine mammogram. The results, however, saw Shirley having to undergo a second scan and a biopsy.
She explained at the time: "Urging all women do not miss your mammogram. I went for mine. Ended up going for a second one and a biopsy. Local anaesthetic biopsy done. Now waiting for results..."
It is then when she included Amy as she added: "@Amy_Dowden you ran through my mind the importance of not putting it off. Go and get tested, plus self-breast check regularly xx." Amy then responded: "Always here for you! Important message here all from @shirleyballas."
At the end of April, Shirley revealed she had been given the all clear after her tests and said on social media: "I am feeling blessed to share that my results have come back all clear there is no cancer present Sharing the picture to my story last week very much triggered my emotions, but I feel it’s only right for me to share both the highs and the lows of life.
"If I was able to help just one lady, then sharing my picture was worth it. I got my recall while on holiday and I immediately cleared my diary to allow for the appointment. I urge all women to do the same."
