Beyond Paradise confirms guest stars for first ever Christmas special – including Vicar of Dibley legend
Beyond Paradise has unveiled a host of exciting guest stars for its first ever Christmas special.
The BBC confirmed back in July that the spin-off show will air a Christmas special in 2023, in addition to the regular Death in Paradise Christmas special.
Fans can expect to see Kris Marshall return as DI Humphrey Goodman this month, sharing the screen with a Vicar of Dibley legend for the holiday season.

James Fleet, best known for playing Hugo Horton in BBC sitcom The Vicar of Dibley, has been confirmed as one of six guest stars appearing in the festive episode, with Benidorm icon Sheila Reid also announced for the special.
Sanditon star Isaac Vincent-Norgate, Endeavour's Amalia Vitale and Kulvinder Ghir of Still Open All Hours and Foundation fame are additional names confirmed for the Beyond Paradise special.
Viewers will also see Bellowhead, the band behind the show's music and opening theme tune, making a cameo in the episode.

Whilst no storyline details have been shared for the upcoming special, it seems that audiences can expect a surprise wedding involving the show's two lead stars.
A filming picture from October saw Marshall sporting a suit and actress Sally Bretton (Martha Lloyd) wearing what looked to be a wedding dress while shooting scenes on a beach in Cornwall.
Beyond Paradise season one, which aired in February this year, saw the couple's relationship tested, though the pair seemed to have worked through their issues by the end.

Humphrey Goodman's policing partner DS Esther Williams (Zahra Ahmadi) will return for the special, alongside fellow cast members Dylan Llewellyn (as PC Kelby Hartford), Barbara Flynn (as Anne Lloyd) and Felicity Montagu (as Margo Martins).
Further cast confirmed include Chris Jenks, who returns to play Josh Woods, with Jade Harrison as CS Charlie Woods and Eva Feiler as Lucy.
In addition to a Christmas special, the BBC confirmed that Beyond Paradise will be back for a second series, following the success of the first outing.
A third spin-off titled Return to Paradise, set in Australia, was also announced in November.
Death in Paradise and its spin-off, Beyond Paradise, air on BBC One and stream on BBC iPlayer.
