In Biggest Protest in Decades, Czechs Call on PM to Step Down

An estimated 250,000 anti-government protesters rallied in Prague on Sunday, June 23, demanding the resignation of Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis.

The gathering, in Prague’s Letna Park, was the biggest of its kind since 1989’s Velvet Revolution, which ended communism in the then Czechoslovakia.
