Mollie Gwendoline Champ (Gardner)

Mollie died on April 19, 2024, at the amazing age of 98. Originally and proudly from Abercarn, Wales, and later residing in Bournville.

Mollie was the beloved wife of the late Donald, devoted mother of the late Diane, cherished grandmother of Mark and Neil, and great grandmother to Evelyn and Nathan. Her funeral was held on May 2 at Waseley Hills Crematorium, Rubery.

Anthony Maurice Gittus (Tony)

Tony passed away peacefully on April 17, 2024, aged 86 years. Beloved Husband of the late Avril and much loved dad and grandad.

Service and burial to take place at St Nicolas Parish Church, Kings Norton on May 17 at 11am. Flowers welcome. Donations may be given on the day.

Judy Hurley (March 1938 - April 19 2024)

Judy passed away on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the age of 86. Beloved wife of James (Jimmy) and much loved sister, cousin and auntie.

Judy will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A Service to say goodbye to Judy will be held at Robin Hood Cemetery, Streetsbrook Road Shirley, Solihull B90 3NL, on May 16 at 11.30am.

Flowers are accepted and should be sent to: Bastock Funeral Home, 67-71 Warwick Road, Olton, Solihull B92 7HD. Or donations to Alzheimer's Society can be sent direct to the Bastock Funeral Home, and will also be collected at the service.

Graham Aubrey King

Graham died peacefully on April 10, 2024, in Yardley Grange Nursing Home aged 90 years. Formerly of 202 Flaxley Road, Stechford.

He was a dearly loved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. The funeral service will be held on May 17, 2024, at 1pm, at Woodlands Crematorium, Coleshill.

John Derek Litherland

Passed away peacefully on April 6, 2024 at Birmingham City Hospital. John of Handsworth Wood, formerly of Liverpool, aged 67 years.

The dearly loved brother of Minnie, Christine, and Elsie and a much loved uncle. Sadly missed, never forgotten.

Funeral Service and cremation to take place on May 16, 2024, at Perry Barr Crematorium at 9.30am.

Jane Lucy McGahey

Jade passed away April 7 2024 aged 51 years. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends.

Funeral service to take place at Our Lady of the Wayside Church, Shirley on May 8 at 1pm, followed by committal at Robin Hood Crematorium at 2.30pm.

Brian Tighe

Brian, formerly of Balsall Heath/Kings Heath and Acocks Green, passed away on April 9, 2024, aged 57 in Marie Curie Hospice. Youngest brother to Thomas, Sadie (deceased), Mary, Eileen (deceased), John, Kevin and Patricia.

Funeral to be held on May 10 at 2.30pm at Robin Hood Crematorium and afterwards at Scanlons Club Spring Road. Donations to Marie Curie Hospice Solihull.

Michael Robert Withers

Attended Keyse School, Sutton Coldfield and King Edwards in Edgbaston Formerly employed at Covrad, Coventry. Enjoyed racing and flying with Midland Motorcycle Racing Club and Owners of G-Reno, Tobago Aeroplane.

Funeral service to take place at Sutton Coldfield Crematorium on May 14 2024 at 11.30am followed by the reception at The White Horse, Whitehouse Common Road.

Family flowers only please. Donations please for R.N.L.I and Cats Protection. Michael will be greatly missed by his wife Barbara, family and friends.
