'Body Coach' Joe Wicks and wife welcome baby number three

Joe Wicks and his wife Rosie have welcomed a baby girl.

The fitness guru - aka The Body Coach - posted a message on Instagram telling fans that their new arrival was born in the early hours of Thursday (8 September).

Sharing a string of photos of the baby, he wrote: "It’s a girl.

"Rosie gave birth at 4.32am this morning at home to an 8lb healthy baby in the birthing pool. Thank you to Emily & Helen our wonderful midwives who where there every step of the way.

"Time to rest now."

"Lots of love the Wicks family," added the star, who also has daughter Indie, four, and son Marley, two, with his wife.

The TV star, 36, later shared that the first night with their newborn hadn't all been plain-sailing.

Posting a photograph on his Instagram Story showing him looking exhausted, Wicks admitted: "First night was rough."

The star's fans and celebrity friends posted messages of congratulations after he shared his happy news.

"Congratulations so pleased for you all love to Rosie xxx," wrote chef Jamie Oliver.

Oliver's wife Jools chimed in: "Oh wonderful news Joe and Rosie she is beautiful so happy and we can’t wait to meet her."

JLS star Marvin Humes said: "Amazing news! Congrats to you and your lovely family bro."

"Alllll the love!" said chart star Professor Green. "Huge Congrats! And the tribe grows!"

"Well done mate," said Russell Brand. "Another little beauty joins your kind and wonderful family."

Singer Jessie Ware said the baby was "gorgeous".

Wicks married wife Rosie in 2019.

They welcomed Indie in 2018 and Marley arrived the following year.
