Bold Street and Castle Street will host massive street parties as part of an event showcasing local businesses.

Liverpool BID Company’s 'Celebrating Bold Street’ and ‘Celebrating Castle Street’ events are back to support the local hospitality sector. The free events are an opportunity to enjoy and celebrate the streets and their businesses.

In previous years, the events have seen marching bands on parade, outdoor chef demonstrations, craft stalls and artisan pop-ups, and copious amounts of food and drink offers.

Liverpool BID is yet to announce which businesses will take part in this year's events but asked anyone who is interested to get in touch.

The events have held everything from live music and children's entertainment to yoga classes and glitter artists, but specifics regarding this year's festivals are still under wraps. Businesses provide their own deals and offers at their discretion.

Celebrating Castle Street and Celebrating Bold Street return on Sunday, August 4, and Sunday, August 11, respectively.
