Boris Johnson would be "ideal" for I'm a Celeb

In the last couple of months, Stanley Johnson has appeared on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Rachel Johnson has been on Celebrity Big Brother – and people are wondering if Boris will complete the hat-trick and compete on a reality show.

Stanley thinks that the current Foreign Secretary and former Mayor of London should definitely jet off to the jungle, because it would be good for him.

Speaking to Digital Spy and other media backstage at the National Television Awards, Stanley said: "This would be ideal. He could get away from all the e-mails, get away from all the phone calls, just contemplate the trees!"

Stanley seemed to very much enjoy his time in the jungle – he made some new friends, learned about WhatsApp, lost a lot of weight and eventually got given a hosting gig with Queen of the Jungle Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, after producers thought they were a 'natural' duo.

He might have accidentally called his son the Prime Minister once or twice, but we all goof up now and then.
