Bradley Walsh reveals why he has turned down 'Strictly Come Dancing' multiple times
Bradley Walsh has turned down Strictly Come Dancing several times because he's "a bad dad dancer" and doesn't think he'd shine in the ballroom.
The 61-year-old comedian and actor has, unsurprisingly, been a target for the BBC dancing spectacular in the past, but he has knocked them back each time.

"I've been asked a couple of times to go on Strictly, but I'm not a dancer," Walsh told the Sliding Doors podcast.
"I don't even think I'm a good dad dancer. I'm a bad dad dancer, which makes things even worse."

Walsh credited his long-term showbiz success to his determination to stick to the things he's good at and knows he can do well.
"Here's the trick of doing stuff you can get away with: you've got to be brutally honest with yourself," he said.

"If you don't get it, you can't sell it. If you can't dance, you can't sell it, no matter how big a showman you are. Stick to what you know best."
In the same interview, Walsh hinted that his career in showbiz might start winding down in the next few years — and he'll certainly be moving a few things out of his schedule.
Walsh has been the presenter of daytime quiz show The Chase since 2009, fronting the best part of 2,000 episodes of the popular format.
He has also recently taken on another quiz hosting role as the frontman of the latest reboot of timeless series Blankety Blank.

Strictly meanwhile is gearing up for its 19th series later this year, with BBC presenter Louise Minchin and telly personality Emma Willis among those teasing that they could compete.
