BravoCon 2022

It all happened this past weekend at BravoCon 2022 — from show announcements to trailer reveals and cast unveilings, Bravo and Peacock absolutely delivered on their promise to give fans a weekend of surprises!

The three-day extravaganza welcomed thousands of fans to the Javits Center convention hall in New York City from Friday morning all the way through Sunday evening with a stacked lineup of panels, meet and greets, live interviews, photo opportunities, Watch What Happens Live! tapings and much more. While there were a ton of read-between-the-lines moments (Andy Cohen insinuating that Jen Shah’s time might be up on Bravo and winking at Dorinda Medley being taken off “pause” in the near future, for instance), we wanted to round up all of the official announcements that the network made throughout the weekend.

The new Real Housewives of New York City cast

During one of the Watch What Happens Live! tapings at the Hammerstein Ballroom on Sunday night, Andy Cohen ended the episode by unveiling the cast of the previously announced Real Housewives of New York City reboot. He had teased the announcement throughout the weekend, and it didn’t disappoint. The new cast members are Sai De Silva, Ubah Hassan, Erin Dana Lichy, Lizzy Savetsky, Jessel Taank, Brynn Whitfield and, most surprisingly, Jenna Lyons (who first rose to prominence as the highly influential creative director at J.Crew back in 2008). The show will premiere in 2023.

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3 trailer

The cast of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 3 reunited for the first time since their trip to Thailand earlier this year during the Season 2 cast’s panel on Sunday. After the crowd went wild during their introductions, moderator Dave Quinn unveiled the first trailer for the season, which garnered laughs and screams and cheers from the locked-in crowd. Season 3 of RHUGT premieres in 2023.

Real Housewives of Miami Season 5 trailer

At Sunday’s panel with the cast of The Real Housewives of Miami, fans got their first look at the highly anticipated Season 5 when the trailer premiered in the middle of the event. Audiences reacted in real time as they got their first look at Lisa Hochstein’s shocking divorce. Hochstein wiped away tears while watching the emotional trailer for the season, which premieres on Peacock on Dec. 8.

Family Karma Season 3 announcement and trailer

Fans of Family Karma were in for a treat on Saturday during my panel with the cast of the Miami-set reality show, where we announced that Season 3 would premiere on Nov. 6 before unveiling the trailer for the new season. With two weddings and an engagement featured in the upcoming episodes, Family Karma is almost certain to have its biggest season yet.

Southern Hospitality trailer

Following a super short teaser that aired during a recent episode of Bravo’s long-running Southern Charm, fans were eager for a longer look at the previously announced spinoff centered around the staff at cast member Leva Bonaparte’s popular Charleston nightclub, Republic. Fans got their first look at the extended trailer during the Southern Charm panel this weekend, and it looks like just what the doctor ordered. Think: Vanderpump Rules in the South. The show premieres on Bravo on Nov. 28.

Fans of the original Real Housewives of New York City eager to have their favorite Manhattanites back on screen were in for a treat with this one: The rumored spinoff featuring Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan was confirmed on Saturday at BravoCon! The show will follow the dynamic duo to Benton, Ill., as they help to spruce up the small town while staying in the hotel motel. It’ll premiere on Bravo in 2023.

First look at Teresa Giudice’s Bravo wedding special

While original Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice’s wedding won’t be featured on the upcoming 13th season of the Bravo hit, it will received its own special a week after the Season 13 finale next year. During one of the RHONJ panels this weekend, the audience was treated to a first look at her fairy tale nuptials to Louie Ruelas. The full special will air on Bravo in 2023.
