Bridge and Road Destroyed by Flash Flooding in the Yorkshire Dales

Roads were washed away and vehicles were stranded on July 30, as flash flooding hit rural areas of the Yorkshire Dales in northern England.

Videos filmed by TC Rich Grey of North Yorkshire Police showed the effects of the flooding in Richmond, particularly in and around the village of Grinton, where the county council closed roads and a bridge on Grinton Moor collapsed.
